Our detergents will not cause damage to your carpets or upholstery, and we always colour test before cleaning, to ensure all fabrics are colour fast.
We are also able to collect your curtains and take them to a quality dry cleaner, and then return them to your home fully cleaned. We will take the curtains down and put them back up for you if required, at no extra cost. We are able to offer a lower price than that usually charged to members of the public, due to the large discount we have agreed with the dry cleaners.
Our Process
We will visit your home or business at a pre-arranged time to conduct a free inspection of the rooms and / or items to be cleaned. We will then bring any areas of staining, soiling or fabric damage to your attention. We will discuss the cleaning process with you and answer any questions you may have, then a no obligation written quotation sheet will be given for your consideration. You will never pay any more than the quoted price, we have no hidden extras. We can arrange a suitable time for the job to take place either during the quotation visit or at a later date, allowing you time to consider the quote in depth.

Once we arrive we will
Carefully move furniture in the rooms (except very large items such as pianos, china cabinets, entertainment units etc)
Vacuum all carpets / upholstery that are to be cleaned using our industrial vacuum cleaner. This is an important part of our cleaning process and is done to remove any dry dirt and dust before wet cleaning takes place. This part of the process is often overlooked by many carpet cleaners.
Pre-treat any areas of concern, to ensure the most thorough cleaning.
Clean the entire area using our powerful hot water, twin vacuum extraction machine.
Return your furniture to its original location, placing protective foil pads underneath. This prevents rust transfer from metal furniture feet, dye transfer from carpets to wooden furniture feet and resin transfer from wooden furniture to carpets.
Once all cleaning is completed, we will complete a final inspection with you, to make sure that you are 100% satisfied

Aftercare
While our powerful twin vacuum machine removes almost all of the moisture immediately, your carpets and upholstery will be damp to the touch.
Carpets will usually dry completely within 6 – 12 hours and upholstery within 12 – 24 hours. This can vary depending on the external conditions such as temperature, breeze, humidity etc. For cases where the item has to be dried quickly, we can leave you with our very powerful floor level fan, which dries most carpets within 2 hours.
